摘要
针对手动控制多路气体分析过程存在多路气体交叉污染、分析过程不流畅、分析过程耗时长、效率低等问题,设计了基于PLC控制器、GC-17A气相色谱分析仪的多路气体在线分析控制系统,给出了控制系统的软硬件设计过程,实现了气体分析过程中气体采集、气路控制、气体数据处理过程的自动化作业。
In order to solve cross-contamination of multi-gas,analysis process not smooth,time-consuming,low efficiency and other problems in the manual control process of multi-gas analysis,a multi-channel gas control and analysis system online based on PLC controller and GC-17A Gas Chromatograph is designed.The design process of hardware and software are given.The automation processes of gas collection,gas control and data processing is achieved.
