摘要
中国石化集团江汉石油管理局第四石油机械厂生产的ZJ30型车装钻机在中东某国作业时,钻台后侧2根立柱出现大尺寸开裂,经焊接修复仍有裂纹产生,直接威胁到使用安全。对立柱强度进行了理论校核;并到事故现场切取样品,做理化性能和冲击韧性试验,结果均满足材料性能要求。经现场观察和断口特征分析,未拔连接销而在顶部起吊是产生裂纹的力学因素。进行该工况下的有限元力学分析和模拟起吊试验,计算及应力测试结果均证实了现场的判断。国际权威鉴定机构Modu Spec通过对钻台制造全过程的检查,认为用户不正确的吊装方式是立柱产生裂纹的根本原因。
The rear two columns of drill floor were found to have large size fracture when one of our ZJ30 truck-mounted drilling rigs performed the drilling operations in Middle East.Although we repaired the fractures through welding,fracture was still produced.This can directly threaten the operation safety.Therefore,we performed a theoretical verification on the column strength.We got a sample of fractured column on the jobsite,and tested the physicochemical performance and impact toughness.All the test and verifications showed that the material performance met the design requirements.After careful observance on the jobsite and analysis of cracks,we concluded that the cracks were caused due to the lifting of the top of drill floor without removing connection pins.After that,we performed the finite element analysis and simulated lifting test under the same operating condition.The calculation and stress test result confirmed our conclusion.Meanwhile,Moduspec,a recognized third party inspector,checked the whole manufacturing process of our drill floor,and came to a conclusion that the user's incorrect lifting caused the fracture of drill floor columns.
