原发性渗出性淋巴瘤1例报道

摘要 对1例原发性渗出性淋巴瘤患者临床资料进行分析,患者88岁,以纳差、腹胀,并逐渐加重为首发表现,行腹腔镜探查术及网膜活组织检查术,病理诊断为原发性渗出性淋巴瘤,预后差。
