中药学复合型创新人才培养调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on training of versatile and innovative talents for Chinese pharmacology

对北京中医药大学中药学院2006~2009级379名学生进行问卷调查,经过信息采集、系统整理,分析学生的自我定位、理想中药学人才、社会急需中药学人才、学习中医药传统文化的必要性以及喜欢学习的中医药传统文化课程分布情况,总结培养＂医药兼通＂中药学复合型创新人才培养的必要性与可行性。

A survey by questionnaire was conducted in 379 students of grades from 2006 to 2009 in the School of Chinese Pharmacy of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.After the information collection and systematic sorting,the self-orientation of students＇,ideal and social-needed talents of Chinese pharmacy,necessity of learning traditional TCM culture and distribution of courses of traditional TCM culture favored by students were analysed.The necessity and feasibility were summed up in training the multi-skill talents being good at both Chinese medicine and pharmacy.
