基于职业生涯规划调查的中医药高校研究生思想政治教育探讨

Ideological and political education for postgraduates in TCM colleges and universities based on a survey on professional career planning

在对广州中医药大学343名研究生开展考研动机、择业要求、职业生涯的认识与需求、职业成熟度等内容的职业生涯规划调查分析基础上,对中医药高校研究生思想政治教育如何把握研究生主体需求、引导研究生服务基层、树立研究生正确的价值观、实现职业生涯辅导与思想政治教育的有机统一、加强队伍与学科建设等问题进行了思考与探讨。

The author thought and probed how to manage the subject demand of postgraduates＇,guide them to serve the society and build up proper values,integrate professional career counseling and ideological and political education,and improve the construction of personnel and disciplines after a survey on the reasons for the postgraduate exam,career choosing,knowledge and demands for future career,and vocational maturity in 343 postgraduates in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
