浙江省全日制本科毕业护士能力状况的研究与思考 被引量:3

Competency situation of graduated nurses of full-time Bachelor programmes in Zhejiang province

摘要 目的了解浙江省全日制本科毕业护士的能力状况,探讨提高其能力的相应策略。方法采用个人一般资料问卷、中国注册护士能力测评量表、一般自我效能感量表,便利抽样我省杭州市省市级医院全日制本科毕业护士385名进行调研,并结合文献进行分析思考。结果全日制本科毕业护士各项能力处于中等水平,其人事编制、自我效能、工作年限、所在科室等对能力总分的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理院校要变革教学方法和手段,加强在校护理学本科生核心能力的培养;医院要重视全日制本科毕业护士专业基础和综合素质能力的培训,同时要让他们直接或间接体验成功提高其自我效能以增强其工作积极性,进一步提高其工作能力,从而提升护士队伍的整体素质。 Objective To get know the competency situation of graduated nurses of full-time Bachelor programmes in Zhejiang province,and discuss the relative strategy for improving their competencies.Methods The survey and material analysis were conducted in 385 graduated nurses of full-time Bachelor programmes chosen from provincial and municipal hospitals in Zhejiang province by applying the questionnaire of individual general material,Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse(CIRN)and General Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES).Results The competencies of graduated nurses of full-time Bachelor programmes were at a middle level.The influences of personnel staff,self-efficacy,working years and working departments on the total scores of competencies had statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion The teaching methods should be reformed and competencies of graduated nurses of full-time Bachelor programmes should be promoted in nursing colleges.The professional fundamental and overall quality should be thought highly in hospitals.
