青海“少数民族普通话”的特殊言语现象研究

A Study of Special Speech Phenomena on Putonghua of Qinghai

"少数民族普通话"(即母语向汉语普通话过渡的中介语)是青海民族地区第二语言习得者学习汉语普通话过程中产生的特殊言语现象,也是民族地区推广普通话的必然产物。它不仅是普通话研究的一个重要课题,更是社会语言学所关注的一个问题。但目前对"少数民族普通话"的语音偏误、"石化"现象、交际策略以及话语分析等问题的研究还很不够。要想使民族地区普通话的教与学获得真正意义上的成效,必须对这些问题进行深入研究。

＂Minority Putonghua＂（the interlanguage as a bridging language from the native language to Putonghua） is a special speech phenomenon,which appears the process of the second language learners learning Putonghua in Qinghai regions,and it is also an inevitable product which appears the promotion of Putonghua in national regions.It is not only an important task of the study of Putonghua,but also an issue of sociolinguistic study concerning.However,at present,the study of the issues about phonetic errors,fossilizations,communicative strategies and discourse analysis in minority Putonghua is still not adequate.If we want to get real achievements,we must study these issues at a deeper level.
