麻疯树过氧化物酶和超氧物歧化酶同工酶研究 被引量:2

A study on the peroxidase isozym and superode dismutase isozym of Jatropha curcas

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术,对麻疯树过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶酶谱进行分析,结果表明麻疯树的遗传多样性偏低.以10个麻疯树材料为试材,进行过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶电泳,并应用过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶对10个麻疯树材料,进行亲缘关系的鉴定,10个麻疯树材料遗传距离在0.72~1.0范围内,当遗传距离为0.8时,可以将其分为3类;而通过同工酶的方法来研究麻疯树的遗传多样性有待进一步工作来验证. Two isozymes (POD ,SOD) of Jatropha curcas was analyzed by using poly-acrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) . The results show that the genetic differences of Jatropha curcas are not obvi- ous. 10 kinds of Jatropha curcas materials were used for experiment of POD,SOD isozymes electropho- resis . And the genetic relationship of 10 Jatropha curcas materials were identified using POD, SOD isozymes. Clear enzyme band was helpful for correlative analysis. Genetic distance of 10 varieties changed from0.72 to 1.0. It could be divided into three kinds species when genetic distance was 0.8. Through the isozyme method to study the genetic diversity of Jatropha curcas is pending further work to verify.
