摘要
依据国内航空电子产品研制的需求,针对国外可靠性仿真分析和预计软件只能得到电子产品故障前时间,而无法直接得得到产品故障率、平均无故障间隔时间(MTBF)等可靠性指标这一问题,研究了基于可靠性仿真预计结果(失效时间矩阵——产品中各潜在失效点仿真的大样本失效时间组成的数据矩阵)的数据处理方法,在研究数据层次和特点的基础上,采用失效分布拟合、故障聚类和多点分布融合等方法,提出了电子产品故障率、MTBF等可靠性指标的计算方法,给出了详细的算法流程,并通过对某电子产品的可靠性仿真预计数据处理,给出了该产品的相应可靠性指标计算结果。
In the development of national avionics,one major problem is that only the time tofailure of electronics is available from the foreign reliability simulation analysis and prediction software,and the other reliability parameters such as product failure rate and MTBF are not.In this paper,a new data processing method based on the reliability simulation prediction(the failure time matrix,i.e.,the data matrix composed of the simulated failure time from a large sample of the various potential failure points of a product) is proposed.Based on the data hierarchy and characteristics,the calculating method of some reliability indexes such as failure rate and MTBF of electronics are proposed using failure distribution fitting,fault clustering and multipoint distribution fusion.The detailed algorithm flow chart is given.The proposed data processing method is applied to an electronic product reliability and its calculated reliability parameters are given.
