摘要
某型航天加注泵(简称加注泵)属于长寿命、高可靠性产品,失效数据极少。其长期处于备用状态,每次开机工作的时间极短。加注泵性能退化不但和累积工作时间关系紧密,而且和累积备用时间有很大的关系。对加注泵的性能可靠性评估方法展开研究,以Wiener过程模型为基础,提出以累积工作时间和备用时间同时作为自变量的建模方法,最终解决问题。
The charging pump for spaceflight is a product with a long life and high reliability,and its life data is rare.In most of its lifetime,it is in the stand by state with very short operating time.The degradation of the pump depends on not only the accumulative operating time,but also the accumulative non-operating time.In this paper,the method to evaluate the reliability of the pump is investigated,and the modeling method based on Wiener process in which both the accumulative operating time and the accumulative non-operating time are treated as independent variables is proposed to solve the problem.
