关于实验室文化建设问题的探讨

实验室文化是一种跨行政、事业、企业组织文化的跨组织文化。实验室文化由物质文化、思想文化、文件文化、行为文化四个基本部分构成。四个组成部分既相对独立,又相互体现、相互联系、相互影响、相互作用。实验室良性文化的基本特征是:科技、公正、诚实、法制。我国实验室文化建设,当前保持着良好的发展态势。存在的主要问题是"假、大、空"问题。当前实验室文化建设的重点应该是扫除造假的垃圾文化,建设公正、诚信的优良文化。实验室文化建设的路线图,应该从文件文化建设开始。

Laboratory culture is a culture across administrative,institutional and industrial organizations.Laboratory culture consists of four basic parts：material,ideological,documentation and behavior culture.The basic characteristics of a fine laboratory culture are science,impartiality,honesty and legal.While the laboratory culture construction in our county is developing very well,the main existing problem is impractical.The current laboratory culture construction should focus on establishing an impartial and integrity culture without empty words.The road of the laboratory culture construction should start from the construction of the documentation culture.
