手足口病患儿血清心肌酶谱检测结果分析(附79例报告) 被引量:6

Analysis of the test results of serum myocardial zymogram of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in 97 children

摘要 目的 探讨血清心肌酶谱对手足口病伴发心肌炎的临床诊断价值.方法 对我院儿科住院部2010年4月至5月收治的79例手足口病患儿和30例同期住院的非感染性疾病的患儿血清心肌酶谱检测结果进行统计分析.结果 79例手足口病患儿血清心肌酶谱检测结果中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)异常率72.15%,肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)异常率56.96%,天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)异常率44.30%,肌酸激酶(CK)异常率22.79%.与对照组比较CK-MB、AST显著增高(P<0.01),LDH明显增高(P<0.05),CK比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 对手足口病患儿应警惕心肌损害发生,及早进行血清心肌酶谱检测. Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of serum myocardial zymogram on hand foot-and-mouth disease with myocarditis. Methods Based on 79 HFMD patients and 30 children with non-infectious diseases hospitalized by pediatric inpatient department in our hospital from April to May in 2010, the test results of serum myocardial zymogram were analyzed from statistical points. Results In the test results of serum myocardial zymogram from 79 cases of hand-foot-and-mouth disease,the abnormal rate of lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) was 72.15%, the abnormal rate of creatine kinase isoenzyme ( CK0MB ) was 56. 96%, the abnormal rate of Valley-Grass aminotransferase (AST) was 44. 30%, the abnormal rate of creatine kinase (CK) was 22. 79%. Compared with the control group,certine kinase isoenzyme ( CK-MB ) and Valley-Grass aminotransferase (AST) was significantly higher (P 〈 0. 01 ), lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) was significantly higher ( P 〈 0. 05 ), creatine kinase (CK) was not significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions For the children with Hand-foot-and-mouth disease, we should be alert to myocardial damage and have an early detection of myocardial zymogram.
