摘要
高炉喷煤粉时,由于煤粉的不完全燃烧,在风口处会产生未燃煤粉,影响高炉的透气性。利用商业软件fluent研究了煤粉在直吹管内的燃烧情况,通过对不同的喷吹量和粒径对煤粉燃烧进行分析,得到煤粉在直吹管内燃烧大致情况。当颗粒的直径从30μm增加到90μm时,煤的燃尽率从37.3%降低到28.8%,模拟结果与实际基本符合。
In the condition of high rate of pulverized coal injection,incomplete combustion of partial pulverized coal will take place and unburned coal appears and accumulates in blast furnace,which affects the permeability of burden column.The combustion of pulverized coal in blowpipe was studied using the commercial software fluent and some features of combustion were obtained with different injection rates and pulverized coal diameters.When the diameter of coal particle increased from 30 μm to 90 μm,the burn rate of pulverized coal decreased from 37.3 % to 28.8 %.The simulation results are basically in agreement with measured results.
