溶液pH值对丹参、三七中有效成分提取效果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:考察提取溶液的pH值对丹参、三七有效成分提取效果的影响。方法:用不同pH值溶液合提和分提丹参、三七,以高效液相色谱法测定提取溶液中丹参素、丹参酮ⅡA和三七皂苷R1的含量。结果:酸性条件下丹参素提取效果较好,中性或弱碱性条件下丹参酮ⅡA和三七皂苷R1的提取效果较好。综合考虑各项指标结果,本试验确定丹参、三七合提时pH值为7.0。结论:本试验结果可对丹参、三七的合提工艺提供依据。 OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of pH value of the solution on the extraction of active components from Salvia miltiorrhiza and Panax notoginseng. METHODS: The solutions with different pH value were used to extract active components from S. mihiorrhiza and P. notoginseng separately or together. The contents of tanshinol, tanshinone ⅡA and notoginsenoside R1 were determined by HPLC. RESULTS : The acidic solution was an advantage for the extraction of tanshinol, while neutral or alkali environment was suitable for the extraction of tanshinone II, and notoginsenoside R1. Based on an overall consideration of index, the pH value for mixed extraction of S. mihiorrhiza and P. notoginseng was 7.0. CONCLUSION : The results can provide reference for mixed extraction of S. mihiorrhiza and P. notoginseng.
