院前急救胸部外伤62例分析

Analysis of Pre-hospital First-aid of 62 Cases with Chest Trauma

目的:探讨胸部外伤容易出现的急救问题,提高院前急救水平。方法:分析了62例胸部创伤患者所出现的急救问题,并针对急救问题采取相应的治疗措施。结果:62例病例中,经院前急救并平稳送至医院56例,抢救成功率90.3%。经随访痊愈出院52例,占救治人数的83.8%。结论:健全的急救机制以及合理有效的抢救方案是提高病人存活率的关键。

Objective：To investigate first-aid chest trauma prone to problems and improve the level of first aid. Methods：Analysis of 62 cases of chest trauma emergency treatment in patients with problems arising, and for emergency measures taken by the appropriate treatment.Results：2 cases of cases, by pre-hospital first aid and sent to the hospital 56 patients with stable, success rate 90.3%. Discharged by the follow-up of 52 cases, accounting for 83.8% of the number of treatment. Conclusion ： Sound reasonable and effective emergency rescue mechanisms and programs to improve survival in patients.
