非药物治疗应用于农村社区糖尿病患者系统化治疗的临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Non-drug Treatment Used in Patients with Diabetes in Rural Communities

目的:探讨非药物治疗应用于农村社区糖尿病患者系统化治疗的临床疗效。方法:随机纳入对照组100例,给予药物治疗;纳入试验组100例,在药物治疗的基础上加上饮食控制与运动干预的非药物治疗;观察周期为24月,观察体重指数、医疗支出及临床并发症以评价其临床疗效。结果:(1)饮食控制与运动干预治疗使糖尿病患者更易于控制理想体重,降低了医疗支出,利于调脂达标。(2)饮食控制与运动发生低血糖有增高的趋势,但无统计学意义上的差异。(3)饮食控制与运动干预降低了酮症的发生率,改善了微循环,降低了视网膜病变、周围血管病变,周围神经病变的发生率,延缓尿蛋白的发生。(4)饮食控制与运动干预治疗未能明显的改善心脑血管病变发生率。结论:饮食控制与运动干预的综合治疗方案更为合理、有效,值得在农村社区糖尿病的治疗中大力推广。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Non-drug treatment used in patients with Diabetes in rural communities. Methods：Randomized into the control group 100 cases, according to drug therapy and the experimental group included 100 patients on the basis of drug therapy with diet control and exercise intervention, had a treatment cycle of 24 Mons, to observe body mass index, medical expenses and clinical complications in order to evaluate its clinical efficacy. Results：（1）Diet control and exercise intervention in treatment of diabetic patients to make it easier to control the ideal body weight, reduced medical expenses, favorable lipid compliance.（2）Diet control and exercise intervention have a increased the incidence of low blood sugar trend, but no statistically significant differences.（3）Diet control and exercise intervention reduced the incidence of ketosis and improved micro-circulation, in reducing the incidence of retinopathy, peripheral vascular disease, peripheral vascular disease and delaying the occurrence of urinary protein.（4）Diet control and exercise intervention was failed to significantly improve the incidence of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases.Conclusion：The comprehensive treatment plan with Diet control and exercise intervention is more reasonable and efficacious, and worthy to promote in rural communities.
