董氏养心贴治疗心律失常期前收缩的疗效研究

Clinical Therapeutic Effect Study of "Yangxin Patch from Mr.Dong" in the Treatment of Heart Arrhythmia

目的:观察董氏养心贴治疗心律失常期前收缩的疗效。方法:选择心律失常患者90例,随机分为三组,养心贴热敷治疗组30例,养心贴常温治疗组30例,空白对照组30例。予养心贴热敷帖、养心贴常温贴、空白帖外敷膻中穴,每次12小时,每日一次,14日为一疗程。观察治疗前和治疗2周后动态心电图及临床症状、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表调查、生化指标。结果:治疗后动态心电图疗效相比,总有效率养心贴热敷组为70.00%、养心贴常温组为73.33%,与空白对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床症状比较,养心贴热敷组有效率为76.67%、养心贴常温组为70.00%,与空白对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);睡眠情况三组均有改善,养心贴热敷组、养心贴常温组改善更为明显,与空白对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与养心贴热敷组与养心贴常温组相比各组数据均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:养心贴热敷帖、养心贴常温贴对期前收缩安全有效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of ＂Yangxin Patch from Mr.Dong＂ in treating premature.Methods：：90 subjects wer randomized into three groups： one observation group in which 30 cases were treated with ＂Yangxin Hyperthermia Patch＂, the other group in whic 30 cases were treated with ＂Yangxin Normothermia Patch＂,control group in which 30 cases were treated with blank patch. To paste the patche on Tanzhong acupuncture point, each 12 hours, once a day for 14 days as one course. Observed dynamic ECG and clinical symptoms, Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index questionnaire, and biochemical indicators before treatment and after 2 weeks. Results： After treatment, comparison c dynamic ECG, the effective rate of group Hyperthermia Patch was 70.00%, the group Normothermia Patch was 73.33%, compared with the contrc group significantly （P〈0.05）.Comparison of clinical symptoms, raising the effective rate of group Hyperthermia Patch 76.67%, raising of the grou Normothermia Patch 70.00%, compared with the control group significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Sleep conditions had improved in three group., compared with the control group,the Normothermia Patch group and Hyperthermia Patch group improved more significantly（P 〈0.05）.Conelusio： Yangxin Hyperthermia Patch, Yangxin Nonnothermia Patch are safe and effective on premature.
