丙泊酚配伍利多卡因、阿托品用于无痛人工流产术的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Propofol Combined with Lidocaine,Atropine for Painless Induced Abortion

目的:探讨丙泊酚配伍利多卡因、阿托品应用在无痛人工流产中的效果。方法:随机选择无并发症及禁忌证的传统人工流产者及无痛人工流产者各200例,前者为对照组,后者为观察组,两组年龄、孕周、孕次、产次均无明显差异,观察两组镇痛效果、宫颈松弛程度、人工流产综合征。结果:丙泊酚配伍利多卡因、阿托品联合应用完全无痛率达94.5%,两组在镇痛效果、宫颈松弛程度、人工流产综合征方面比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚配伍利多卡因、阿托品应用于人工流产,安全有效,效果良好。

Objective： To investigate the compatibility of propofol, lidocaine, atropine applied to the effect of induced abortion. Methods： A random selection with no complications and contraindications of traditional artificial abortion and induced abortion were the 200 cases, the former as the control group, the latter observation group, two groups of age, gestational age, gravidity, parity had no significant differences were observed analgesic effect, the degree of cervical relaxation induced abortion syndrome. Results： The compatibility of lidocaine with propofol, atropine combined rate of 94.5% completely painless, the two groups in analgesic effect, the degree of cervical relaxation, regard abortion syndrome, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion： Propofol compatibility of lidocaine, atropine applied to abortion, safe and effective with good results.
