摘要
目的:探讨美皮康在老年卧床患者踝关节压红中的应用和治疗效果。方法:选择有踝关节压红的老年卧床患者35例(压红70处),左侧踝关节为观察组,右侧踝关节为对照组,观察组使用美皮康敷料敷贴,对照组给予关节受压处常规垫软枕。结果:观察组疼痛程度、平均愈合天数、发生皮肤破损例数与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美皮康敷料治疗老年卧床患者踝关节压红可明显减轻患者疼痛,提高治愈率,缩短治疗时间,有效预防皮肤破损。
Objective：To explore the applications and effects of mepilex on abrasions in the ankle skin of the elderly who were in bed. Methods：35 elderly patients who had abrasions in both ankles were chosen. And the left ankles of all patients which were treated with mepilex were assigned as experimental group. The right ankles of the patients to which only soft cushions were applied were assigned as the control group. Results：There are statistical difference between the two groups in degrees of pain, days of healing, and cases of skin breakage. Conclusion：Mepilex can significantly decrease pain, increase the cure rate, shorten the healing time, and prevent the skin breakage effectively in treating abrasions in the ankle skin of the elderly who were in bed.
