预先危险分析法在某铝粉加工项目职业病危害预评价中的应用

摘要 目的通过对某铝粉加工项目进行职业病危害预评价,探讨风险评估法中预先危险分析法在预评价过程中的应用,并提出消除或控制危害因素的相应方法和措施。方法采用预先危险分析法对该项目可能产生职业病危害因素及拟采取的防护措施进行评价。结果该项目在预先危险分析结果显示生产系统评价单元的危险等级为2级,公用辅助生产系统的危险等级为3级。结论采用该方法可以有效地指导和建议企业在设计、施工过程及日常管理中采取相应安全措施,降低工作场所化学毒物的浓度。 Objective To evaluate the occupational hazards in the aluminum processing,explore the application of preliminary hazard analysis in assessing the occupational hazard factors,make up methods and measures to eliminate and control hazards to reduce impacts of occupational hazards on workers.Methods Preliminary hazard analysis method was applied to evaluate possible occupational hazards factors of the project and protective measures to be taken.Results Risk analysis showed that danger class of production system unit was the second class,danger level of auxiliary production system was the third class. Conclusion The method of preliminary hazard analysis can effectively guide related safe measures,take the daily management of workplace safety and reduce the concentration of toxic chemicals.
