某焦化制气建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards for Construction Project of Coking and Gas Making

目的识别、分析某焦化制气建设项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测、检查表法等对该建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目存在多种职业病危害因素,经现场检测一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氨、苯系物、苯酚、萘、高温、热辐射合格率均为100%,噪声监测9个点、粉尘8个点,各有2个点超标。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。

Objective To identify,analyze occupational hazards in the coking and gas making project, evaluate the effectiveness of protective measures.Methods The methods of field occupational health investigation,detection of occupational hazards in the workplace and checklist were applied to evaluate the construction project. Results There were several occupational hazards in the construction project,the risk factors of carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,sulfur dioxide,ammonia,benzene,carbolic acid,naphthalene,high temperature and heat radiation were detected and qualified rate was 100.00%;9 points of noise and 8 points of dust were monitored and 2 points for each didn＇t meet with the national standards.Conclusion Control measures on the occupational hazards in the construction project are effective and feasible.
