摘要
目的调查某机械制造企业电焊作业场所电焊弧光的光污染及其危害现状。方法检测电焊弧光的紫外线有效辐照度及作业人员受到的照射量。结果某检测点距电焊点1 m的有效辐照度及照射量为642μW/cm2和9 245 mJ/cm2。结论电焊集中作业焊接生产时的光污染对作业人员及辅助作业人员造成了职业病危害。
Objective To investigate welding arc pollution and hazards of welding workplace in the mechanical company.Methods Ultraviolet irradiation of arc welding was detected and the illuminate of operating personnel was tested.Results Effective radiant emittance of welding arc was 642 μW/cm^2,and irradiation dose was 9 245 mJ/cm^2,when a detection spot was 1 m from an electric light source.Conclusion Light pollution from concentrated welding work brings about occupational hazards for operating personnel and auxiliary operator of welding work.
