摘要
研究了CO_2腐蚀的机理,据此分析了近几年来克拉玛依石化分公司两套制氢装置在生产运行过程中发生泄漏、故障的部位,以及设备和管道存在的一些问题,并查找出这些问题的根本原因:①腐蚀介质CO_2的存在和部分设备、管道选用了对CO_2没有防腐能力的碳钢;②虽然部分设备、管道采用了特殊的不锈钢材料,起到了防腐的作用,但不合理的设计、制造安装时对焊接部位处理不当、选择的材质不合格等原因造成了腐蚀的发生。最后提出了CO_2腐蚀的对策。
The CO2 corrosion mechanisms are studied. On the basis of CO2 corrosion mechanisms, the leakages and accidents in the operation in the last several years and problems in equipment and pipelines found in the turnarounds are analyzed and root causes have been found out: They are: 1 ) the combination effect of presence of corrosive CO2 and selection of carbon steel materials which have no corrosion resistance. ; 2) inappropriate designs and welds treatment in fabrication and off-specifications of materials even though the stainless steel materials were selected. The countermeasures to solve the CO2 corrosion problems are recommended.
