摘要
目的加强护理质量控制、探讨病历书写质量和管理持续改进。方法成立护理病历督导组,采取运行和终末护理病历过程管理。结果按照拟定标准统一规范,病历质量得到稳步提高。结论病历质量的提高,需要科学的管理和严密的组织体系。
Objective Enhancing care quality control,investigating writing quality and continuous management improvement of medical records.Methods Set up steering group of nursing records and adopting process management of intermediate and terminal nrrsing records.Result To unify medical records by published standards,the quality of medical records is improved steadily.Conclusion Inproving the quality of medical records needs scientific management and strict organizational system.
