目的通过对各项指标的综合评价判断手术科室医疗管理质量的优劣,为医院管理和决策提供依据。方法将2009年度手术科室的主要指标运用功效系数法和距离法综合分析。结果综合评价分值普外科最高,五官科最低。讨论通过综合评价找出各科室目前存在的问题,使医院管理者能加强对各个科室薄弱环节的管理,从而提高医院的服务质量和医疗水平。

Objective To judge the quality of surgical departments＇ medical management through comprehensive evaluation of the indicators,so as to provide the basis for hospital management and decision-making.Methods To analyze key indicators of surgical departments in 2009 by efficacy coefficient method and distance method.Results General Surgery is the highest in composite evaluation scores and ENT is the lowest.Conclusion Through finding the problems of every department by composite evaluation, the weak links of management of every department is strengthened,and the quality of service and medical standards are improved.
