摘要
目的探讨标准化病人(SP)在医学生内科临床技能培训及考核中的应用价值,为SP的应用推广提供经验。方法 1.分别应用普通病房病人及SP对首都医科大学2003级及2004级七年制学生进行内科常见病例的临床技能培训,并将四组学生临床技能考核成绩进行比较。2.应用SP对2008、2009、2010年度内科专科医师进行问诊部分技能考核,并由SP和临床老师进行评分。结果 1.应用SP教学组临床技能考核成绩略高于普通病房病人教学组,但差异无统计学意义。2.SP对内科专科医师问诊部分技能评分与临床老师相比,差异无统计学意义。结论应用SP进行临床教学,有效缓解了医学院校临床教学中的困难,提高了医学生临床实践能力,并且SP能够作为"评估者"对学生的临床技能作出准确评估。
Objective To explore the value of application of standardized patients in the medical clinical skills training and assessment,and provide experiences for popularization of standardized patients.Methods 1.The grade 2003 and 2004 seven-year medical students were selected.And they were trained in clinical skills with SP teaching and real patients teaching separately.The teaching quality was evaluated.2.Standardized patients were used in inquiring assessment of 2008、2009 and 2010 physicians.Their performance were evaluated by both standardized patients and clinical teachers.Results 1.The clinical skill assessment results of the students trained by standardized patients is better than that of the students trained by real patients.But there is no significant difference(P〉0.05).2.There is no significant difference between the scores of physicians' inquiring assessment from standardized patients and from clinical teachers(P〉0.05).Conclusion Application of standardized patients in clinical teaching overcome the lack of teaching resources in medical colleges,and improved the medical students' clinical skills.Besides,standardized patients can be used as "evaluators" to make an accurate assessment of students' clinical skills.
