摘要
为得到齿轮轴系响应的动态特性,从柔体动力学基本理论出发,系统分析了刚柔耦合动力学模型的机理,建立了多级齿轮传动刚柔耦合的虚拟样机。此模型能综合考虑传动轴各方向上的柔性特征、湿式换档离合器动态特性以及齿轮时变啮合力对轴类零件动态响应的影响。仿真结果证明了通过虚拟样机技术获取载荷谱的可行性,可用于轴的疲劳寿命预测以及齿轮箱体的振动研究。
The mechanism of the rigid and flexible coupled dynamic model was analyzed from the basic theory of the flexible dynamic to obtain the dynamic characteristic of gear shaft system response.A rigid and flexible coupled virtual prototype of multi-stage gear transmission was built.The prototype takes into account comprehensively the flexible features in different directions of transmission shaft,the dynamic behavior of the wet shift clutch,and the effect of time-varying gear meshing force on dynamic response of shafts.The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of obtaining the load map by the technique of virtual prototype,which can be used to predict the fatigue life of the shaft and study the vibration of gear box.
