摘要
分析了继电器对信号调理电路产生干扰的原因,提出了消除继电器干扰的继电器平滑切换技术,设计了基于N沟道金属氧化物半导体管的平滑切换电路,并在核磁共振感应(MRS)系统中进行应用。经过实际测试,证明这一技术能够有效地消除继电器产生的干扰,使延时缩短至8ms,提高了信号调理电路接收微弱信号的能力,改善了JLMRS系统的性能。
The disturbance on the signal conditioning circuit caused by the relay was analyzed and the relay smooth switching technique was proposed to remove the relay disturbance. A smooth switching circuit was designed based on the N-canal metal oxide semiconductor, and used in the magnetic resonance sounding(MRS) system. The experiments proved that the technique can remove effectively the disturbance of the relay and reduce the time delay to 8 ms. It enhances the capability of the signal conditioning circuit to receive the weak signal, improves the performance of the instrument JLMRS.
