Improvement of Stomatology Follow-up

随访是医疗服务工作的延伸,是病案管理工作中不可缺的一部分。它不仅有利于医、教、研工作的开展,可以进一步有效的提高医疗质量。本文分析既往随访工作滞后的原因,加深对随访工作重要性的认识。针对口腔医院的专科特点,提出了改进和健全随访工作的方法,设计开发了随访管理系统,将工作变被动为主动,大大提高了随访成功率,并将随访工作与病案管理、科研工作和医院管理相结合取得了初步的成效。

Follow-up is the extension of medical service and indispensable of medical records management.It is not only beneficial to the development of medical science, teaching and research,but also can further improve effectively medical quality.This paper analyze the reason of lagging follow-up at the past,knowing deeply about the importance of follow-up.Aiming at the characteristic of stomatology hospital,the thesis put forward the methods of improving and perfecting follow-up.It also suggests designing and developing follow-up management system,putting work attitude from passive to active,which improving greatly success ratio of follow-up.It gains primary effect through combing follow-up,medical records management,scientific research and hospital management.
