目的探讨膀胱癌膀胱全切术及尿流改道术ICD-9-CM-3分类编码。方法总结临床常用的膀胱癌膀胱全切术及尿流改道术的手术方式,根据《国际疾病分类第九版临床修订本手术与操作》(ICD-9-CM-3(2008版)对所做手术进行编码。结论疾病分类的工作人员应熟练掌握手术操作编码的原则,同时应了解各种手术的方法,仔细阅读手术记录,经常与临床医师沟通以求准确编码,以满足临床医教研和职能部门的统计需要。

Objective to discuss ICD-9-CM-3 classification coding of bladder cancer noma radical cystectomy and urinary division.Methods a summary on clinical common bladder cancer noma radical cystectomy and urinary division operation mode,according to No.Ninth Clinical Revised Edition Surgery and Operation of International Diseases Classification（ICD-9-CM-3 2008 edition）,to code operation.Conclusions disease classification staffs should know well about the principle of operation coding and ways of operation,who should read carefully about operation records and communicate with clinical doctors for correct coding in order to satisfy the statistical requirement of clinical teaching and research and function departments.
