摘要
分析引起护理纠纷的各种隐患因素,通过制定加强护士队伍建设,合理配置护理人力资源,对护理人员进行相关培训,进行相关法律、法规知识教育,减轻护士心理压力以及加强护患沟通等一系列管理措施,达到有效地促进护理安全,防范护理纠纷,全面提高护理质量的目的。
