在"科技服务林改行动"中发挥积极作用,是林业发展进入新的历史时期对各级林学会组织的必然要求。本文分析了科技服务林改的重要意义,探索了学会服务林改的有效途径和保障措施。
The sci -tech service for collective forest right system reform, it is an inevitable demand of forestry development in new historical periodion to a forestry socity organization at all levels. This paper analyzed the significance of sci - tech service to collective forest right system reform, and searched for the effective ways and guarantee measures.
