摘要
本文主要介绍了不太被广大团体辅导员关注的环境支持体系,并根据自己的实践经验,从硬性环境支持体系、软性环境支持体系和对外界因素的把握三个方面介绍了怎样为组员们营建一个良好的环境支持体系,使得团体培训效果得到良好的发挥。
The article mainly introduces the environment-supporting system which has not been the keen concern of many group-tutors. Based on her own experience, the author expounds how to build a nice environment-supporting system for all group members in order to make our group training perform better effect. The discussion consists of three aspects, including material environment-supporting system, metal environment-supporting system and the coordination of outside factors.
