摘要
用室内模拟实验、电化学实验、水质分析、腐蚀产物的成分分析和XRD分析等方法,对某压力容器厂碳钢循环水管道腐蚀穿孔原因进行了分析。结果表明:碳钢在冷却水中的腐蚀主要是由溶解氧引起的电化学腐蚀,腐蚀的主要原因是,该厂补充水源为严重腐蚀性水。
The causes of corrosion in the circulating water system at Langfang plant have been studied by means of rotary coupon corrosion tests,linear polarization,water quality research,X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results demonstrated that the corrosion of steel carbon in the circulating water system was caused mainly by the electrochemical corrosion of dissolved oxygen in the water.The main reason of corrosion was that the added water in recycling circulating water systems was the corrosive water.
