摘要
采用极化曲线技术、电化学交流阻抗测试技术、扫描电镜和腐蚀失重等方法,研究了模拟硫酸型酸雨pH值对X70钢在中性土壤中腐蚀的影响。试验结果表明:在中性土壤酸化过程中,X70钢的腐蚀速率呈现先减小后增大的趋势。酸雨的加入加速了X70钢的腐蚀速率,其中模拟酸雨pH=2时,X70钢腐蚀最为严重,pH=3、4和5的次之。
The effects of pH value of simulated sulfuric acid rain(SSAR) on the corrosion behavior of the steel X70 have been studied by using polarization curves(PC),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the corrosion rates of the steel X70 decrease,and then increase with time during the course of the soil acidification.The SSAR added in the soils can accelerate the corrosion of the steel.The corrosion rate is biggest in the soil of which the pH value is 2,and the rate is second for the soils of which the pH values are 3,4,5.
