摘要
目的:测定富马酸卢帕他定中9种有机溶剂残留量。方法:采用气相色谱法,PE-9000气相色谱仪、PE TurboMatrix 16顶空进样器、氢火焰检测器、DB-624(30 m×0.32 mm×1.8μm)石英毛细管柱。结果:连续进样6针,精密度良好,在考察的浓度范围内均呈良好的线性关系,回收率均符合要求。结论:方法稳定,操作简便、准确、可靠,适用于富马酸卢帕他定中9种有机溶剂残留量的检测。
OBJECTIVE：To determine the residual volumes of 9 organic solvents in rupatadine fumarate.METHODS：Gas chromatography was employed with the use of PE-9000 gas chromatograph,PE TurboMatrix 16 headspace sample injector,hydrogen flame detector and DB-624（30 m×0.32 mm×1.8 μm） quartz capillary column.RESULTS：Sample introduction of 6 continuous injections were performed.The precision was satisfactory;good linear relation was achieved within the investigated concentration range,and the recovery rates all met the requirement.CONCLUSION：The method is stable,simple in operation,accurate and reliable,and it is suitable for the determination of the residual volumes of 9 organic solvents in rupatadine fumarate.
