摘要
目的:分析药物相关性癫痫的发作机制,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对文献报道的药物进行总结并对其机制进行分析。结果与结论:多种药物可以引起脑神经元异常放电诱发癫痫,包括精神和神经系统用药、抗感染药、麻醉药、循环系统用药、呼吸系统用药、消化系统用药、泌尿系统用药、解热镇痛药、抗肿瘤药、免疫调节剂、生物制品和疫苗、激素等。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the mechanism of drug-related epileptic seizure to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs.METHODS：The medicines causing seizure reported in literature were summarized and its action mechanism was analyzed.RESULTS CONCLUSION：Many drugs including psychotropic and nervous system drugs,anti-infective drugs,anesthetic drugs,circulatory system drugs,respiratory system drugs,digestive system drugs,urinary system drugs,antipyretic-analgesic drugs,antineoplastic agents,immunoregulants,biological products and vaccines,hormones and so on can cause paradoxical discharge of cerebral neurons to evoke epilepsy.
