摘要
目的:了解泸州医学院附属医院儿童药品不良反应(ADR)的发生因素、一般规律及其特征,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2007年7月—2010年5月收集并上报的240例儿童药品不良反应报告进行分析和评价。结果:涉及ADR的药物中抗菌药物居首位(47.92%),中药制剂居第2位(20.42%);不良反应以静脉用药为主。主要的ADR类型为皮肤及附件损害,其次为胃肠道损害。结论:我们必须加强对静脉滴注抗菌药物和中药注射剂的ADR观察,重视ADR的监测工作,促进临床合理用药。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the factors,regularities and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） occurred in children in the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College and to provide caution for clinical safe and rational use of drugs.METHODS：A total of 240 pediatric ADR reports collected and reported by our hospital from Jul.2007 to May 2010 were analyzed and evaluated.RESULTS：Of the ADR-involved drugs,antibacterial agentstook the lead（47.92%） followed by Chinese materia medica preparation（20.42%）.The ADR occurred mainly viaintra venous administration.The chief ADR types were lesion of skin and its appendents followed by lesion of gastrointestinal system.CONCLUSION：We must strengthen monitoring on ADR of intravenously drip infused antibacterial agents and Chinese materia medica preparation and attach importance to ADR monitoring work to promote rational use of drugs in the clinic.
