摘要
目的:通过退药处方进行分析,了解退药现状,分析产生退药的原因,提出整改建议以减少退药的发生,促进合理用药。方法:对广州医学院第三附属医院2009年4332张退药处方内容进行统计分析。结果:患者退药的原因有药品不良反应、药师主动干预、医师原因、病情变化、收费错误等。结论:医师、药师应掌握与患者沟通的方法,提高患者的依从性,减少不必要的处方退药,保证用药安全。
OBJECTIVE：To probe into the current status of the drug return through analysis of drug-return prescriptions,and to analyze the causes of the drug return and put forward suggestions for rectification and reformation to reduce the incidence of drug return and promote rational use of drugs.METHODS：The contents of 4 332 drug-return prescriptions in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College in 2009 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS：The causes for drug return included adverse drug reactions,pharmacists＇ initiative intervention,physicians＇ reason,change of patients＇ condition,charge errors and so on.CONCLUSION：Both physicians and pharmacists should master the method of communication with patients to improve patients’compliance,reduce unnecessary drug return and ensure medication safety.
