2010年前3季度处方管理及不合理用药点评

Management of Prescriptions in the First Three Quarters of 2010 and Comment on Irrational Drug Use

目的:总结上海市浦东新区人民医院门急诊处方的管理及用药不合理的情况,并分析原因,通过行政管理改善全院处方合理用药。方法:汇总2010年1—9月处方评价表,对2010年前3季度不合理处方登记表通过Excel表格数据进行处理并与2009年比较。结果:2010年前3季度抗菌药物使用率为31.56%,注射剂使用率为37.22%,均较2009年有所下降,共有420张不合格处方,其中不规范处方与用药不适宜处方占不合理处方的82.86%。结论:处方管理质量较2009年有所提高,但不合理用药情况仍存在,应采取各项干预措施,加强不规范处方与用药不适宜处方持续性改进,提高合理用药水平。

OBJECTIVE：To summarize the prescription management and irrational drug use in the outpatient and emergency departments,analyze the causes,and to improve rational drug use of prescriptions in the hospital through administrative management.METHODS：The prescription evaluation forms between Jan.2010 and Sep.2010 were collected,and the registration forms of the irrational prescriptions in the first three quarters of 2010 were subjected to data treatment through the Excel form and then the data were compared with those in 2009.RESULTS：In the first three quarters of 2010,the antibiotic use rate was 31.56% and the injection use rate was 37.22%,decreased slightly as compared with 2009.There were a total of 420 unqualified prescriptions,with non-standard prescriptions and improper drug use prescriptions accounting for 82.86%.CONCLUSION：The prescription management quality has improved as compared with 2009,however,irrational drug use phenomena still existed.Different intervention measures should be taken to strengthen the persistent improvement of the non-standard prescription and improper drug use prescription and improve the level of rational drug use.
