白纸坊社区抗高血压药应用分析

Utilization Analysis of Antihypertensive Drugs in Baizhifang Community

目的:了解白纸坊社区卫生服务中心及下属社区卫生服务站抗高血压药的应用现状。方法:统计2010年1月—2010年4月白纸坊社区卫生服务中心及各站的处方,内容包括:抗高血压药品种、消耗金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC),并进行分析。结果:钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)在消耗金额上分别占前3位,CCB的DDDs最大,ARB类药物的DDC最高。结论:CCB和ACEI在社区高血压用药中占主导地位。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization status of antihypertensive drugs in Baizhifang Health Service Centre and the subordinate community health service stations.METHODS： The prescriptions of the antihypertensive drugs between Jan.and Apr.of 2010 in Baizhifang Health Service Centre and its subordinate community health service stations were subjected to statistical analysis in respect of the varieties,DDDs and DDC of the antihypertensive drugs.RESULTS： The top 3 drugs in terms of the consumption sum were calcium channel antagonists（CCB）,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors（ACEI） and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker（ARB）.CCB showed the highest DDDs while ARB the highest DDC.CONCLUSION： CCB and ACEI occupy a predominant place in the antihypertensive therapy in Baizhifang community.
