2007—2009年门诊药房调节血脂药应用分析

Utilization Analysis of Lipid-regulating Drugs in the Outpatient Pharmacy During the Period of 2007-2009

目的:评价卫生部北京医院门诊药房调节血脂药的利用情况及趋势。方法:对门诊药房2007—2009年口服调节血脂药通过金额排序,用药频度(DDDs)排序和分类排序进行统计和分析。结果:我院口服调节血脂药的DDDs和销售金额均呈上升趋势,他汀类、烟酸及其衍生物、贝丁酸类药物分别居第1位、第2位、第3位,其他各类药物未见明显变化。结论:我院口服调节血脂药的应用情况与国内总体用药情况基本相符,也符合目前调节血脂药用药原则。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization status and tendency of lipid-regulating drugs in the outpatient pharmacy.METHODS： The oral lipid-regulating drugs used between 2007 and 2009 in the outpatients were analyzed statistically through ranking of consumption sum,DDDs and drug categories.RESULTS： The consumption sum and DDDs of oral lipid-regulating drugs increased year by year,leading the first 3 places in order were statins,nicotinic acid and its derivatives and fibrates,whereas the rank of all the other types of drugs showed no significant change.CONCLUSIONS： The utilization of lipid-regulating drugs in our hospital was in line with the general drug use tendency in China and was also consistent with the medication principles for lipid-regulation drugs.
