Drug Counseling Service for Outpatients in the New Period Explored from Practice

目的:探讨如何充分发挥药师在门诊药物咨询工作中的作用。方法:对中山大学附属第三医院门诊药房2008—2009年用药咨询记录进行分析和总结。结果:药物咨询人数日益增加,咨询内容、方式与时俱进。药物咨询加强了医患沟通,提高了药师素质,促进了医院药学的发展。结论:应加强药物咨询工作,提高药师综合素质,优化咨询硬件设施,扩大药物咨询效果。

OBJECTIVE： To explore how to bring pharmacists’role into full play in drug counseling service.METHODS： The drug counseling records in the outpatient pharmacy of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from 2008 to 2009 were analyzed and summarized.RESULTS： The number of patients seeking for drug counseling service has been increasing,and both the contents and patterns of the counseling service have kept pace with the times.Drug counseling service enhanced the doctor-patient communication,improved the quality of pharmacists and promoted the development of hospital pharmacy.CONCLUSION： It ’s important to strengthen counseling service,improve the overall quality of pharmacists,optimize the hardware facilities of the counseling and maximize the efficacy of drug counseling.
