Analysis and Discussion on the Pharmaceutical Technical Services in Second Grade General Hospitals

目的:了解地区性二甲综合性医院药学技术服务工作现状,分析存在的问题,为卫生行政管理部门医院药事管理决策提供参考。方法:通过实地查看各种药学技术服务工作制度和记录,调阅相关医疗文书,了解药学人员情况和药学技术服务工作开展情况,分析存在问题的原因,提出对策。结果:该地区二甲综合性医院中药学人员学历普遍较低,大多数药学技术服务工作未能很好地开展,结论:二甲综合性医院药学技术工作亟待提高,各级卫生行政管理部门须给予重视,加强医院药事管理,提高药学技术服务水平。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status quo of the pharmaceutical technical services in regional second grade general hospitals and analyze the existing problems so as to provide references for health administrative departments in decision-making of hospital pharmaceutical administration.METHODS： The information of the pharmaceutical personnel and the evolvement of the pharmaceutical technical services were investigated through a field survey on the working system and records of various pharmaceutical technical services and examination of the related medical files in the secondary general hospitals.The reasons accountable for the existing problems were analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward.RESULTS： The education background of the pharmaceutical personnel in the second grade general hospitals of this area was commonly low.The majority of the pharmaceutical technical services were carried out unsatisfactorily.CONCLUSION： It is urgent to improve the pharmaceutical technical services in the second grade general hospitals.The health administrative departments at all levels should attach great importance to strengthen hospital pharmacy administration and improve the pharmaceutical technical service level.
