摘要
本文提出一种采用负APCI源的LC-MS-MS测定牙膏中二甘醇含量的方法。在选定的条件下,该方法检出限为1ug/L,线性范围为5.00ug/L^500ug/L,在该浓度范围内测定的重复性RSD在2.5%~1.1%之间。该方法无需改装仪器,无需特殊流动相,操作简单,易于推广,极具实用价值。
A method based on LC-MS-MS with negative APCI source was developed for the determination of the diethylene glycol(DEG) in toothpaste products.Under the optimized working conditions,the detection limit is 1ug/L,the linear range is 5.00ug/L-500ug/L.In this range the RSD of repeat detection is from 1.1% to 2.5%.This method need not changing the instrument and special mobile phase.The operation and the popularization are easy,and it is very practical.
