摘要
建立适应我国国情的农村医疗保障制度,对于解决民生问题、促进社会和谐发展具有重要意义。新型农村合作医疗制度就是一项本着科学发展、以人为本、规范管理、城乡统筹新思路的面向农村居民的医疗保障制度。目前,已基本实现了全人群覆盖,为百姓带来了真正的实惠。本文介绍了北京市新农合制度的运行、管理情况,并对发展中的问题提出了改进方法。
The establishment of rural cooperative medical care system which is adapted to our country reality is greatly significant for solving the people＇s livelihood and promoting social harmony and development.Upon the scientific development,people-oriented,standardized management and new ideas of Co-ordination of urban and rural areas,the new rural cooperative medical care system covered across all over the country and has brought real benefits to people.This article described the operation and management of new rural cooperative medical system in Beijing,and provided some suggestions for improving further.
