社会培训机构特许加盟连锁经营模式上世纪末在我国开始兴起,经过近十年的发展,现已在教育培训行业中形成了一批规模较大、经营良好的地区性或全国性的连锁机构。在这种经营模式下,标准化与个性化、规范化管理与急功近利、规模扩张与质量保证、公益性与功利性的矛盾凸显,文章试图提出解决方案。
