摘要
随着多媒体技术、网络技术、通讯技术的发展,教育模式、教育理念和学习方式都发生着巨大的变化,教育技术在现代教育中的重要性也日益突出。但毋庸置疑,某种程度上,我们产生了技术至上、技术万能,非技术无以言教育的认识偏差。国外已制定出了一些政策措施防范这些偏差的出现,我国2010年7月出台的《国家中长期教育改革发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》也就此问题提出了很好的指导性意见。
With the develop of multimedia technology, network technology, communication technology, teaching and learning methods have undergone tremendous change, Educational technology plays an important role in modern education. Without doubt, to some extent, some cognition deviation appear, such as technology first, technology is euerything, without technology without educaiton. A number of measures have been set out to prevent such bias in foreign countries. In our country, ＂National Plan for Development of Long- trem Education Reform （2010 -2020＂ in July, 2010 also provide good guidance on this issue.
