摘要
从测试井筒温度压力场的分布规律研究入手,预测分析高温高压井测试过程中水合物生成可能性,建立了高温高压测试期间井筒温度和压力场理论计算模型,通过室内模拟实验建立了天然气水合物生成条件的预测模型,结合高温高压井测试期间现场情况,提出了水合物防治的具体措施,进一步降低了测试作业施工过程中事故和风险。
To analyze and predict the possibility of hydrate generation in wells with high temperature and high pressure during well testing,a theoretical calculation model of temperature and pressure fields in wellbore during well testing is established from the result of the study of distribution pattern of temperature and pressure fields in wellbore;and another prediction model of conditions of gas hydrate generation is established by simulation test in laboratory.Based on these results measures for hydrates prevention and control are proposed, these measures will further reduce risk of accidents during well testing operation.
