A Discussion on the Social Allocation of Documentary Information Resources at Libraries

从公共传播、信息权益、价值实现等角度分析新信息环境中图书馆作为文献信息资源社会分配系统的运行方式 ,指出当代图书馆的社会定位与可持续发展的基础在于追求公平有效的社会分配。

In the views of public communication, information right and value realization, this paper analyses under the new information environments the libraries’ working modes which are the system of social allocation of documentary information resources, and points out that the libraries′ social position and continuing development are based on the fair and effecient social allocation.
